5 Video Games Coming to Xbox Series X Your Wallet Should Be Prepared For

Updated: Dec 13, 2020

With the latest generation of consoles now for sale (notice we didn’t use the term available), Xbox Series X has some great titles coming to its platform that you should be excited about. With significantly more processing power, and developers getting their hands on this new technology, it's pretty easy to say that this generation of console will be one for the record books. Whether you’re into solo dragon slaying, or team based tea-bagging domination, here’s five titles coming to the Xbox Series X that you should be ready to buy!

From the developers of Layers of Fear and Blair Witch, the Bloober Team are at it again with their latest horror game The Medium. Set to be published in January of 2021, the game follows a medium named Marianne who bridges the gap between the real world and the spirit one. The most exciting part? Akira Yamaoka, original composer for the Silent Hill soundtrack is developing the soundtrack for this game. Expected to be one of the first major blockbuster hits to come to the next generation, we’re excited to see the immersive experience that The Medium will offer!

Still to be confirmed for actual release in 2021, 343 Industries and Microsoft have announced the next piece in the Halo saga, Halo Infinite. What would a new console be without Microsoft’s flagship title, even if it will be available on the entire Microsoft device family, including windows based PCs. Halo Infinite is being built on a completely new engine called Slipspace, and it looks absolutely stunning in its new world. Plus, with the journey of Master Chief returning, while also keeping past chapters in touch, this game is shaping up to be every Halo fan’s dream.
